SWEET CHEEKS

YOU ARE WHO YOU EAT!! Your food habits can alter your mood. If you are feeling sluggish, tired, depressed, just by changing what you eat you will start to feel better! I have been injured lately, yes it makes me a little depressed, tired, and it has altered my moods. I'm always happy, excited, but not the past few days. So I decided that I needed to eat even healthier in order to have my happy self come back.. When you eat healthy your mind is clear, your happier, and everything starts to make sense!! Sometimes you just have to take a step back and make a few changes.
